Opened in October of 2003 by Alan Brown, The Hook Up Phoenix continues to be one of the best reviewed businesses in the metro Phoenix area. Specializing in residential consumer electronics sales, setup and troubleshooting, The Hook Up has earned many accolades, including three Best of Phoenix honors, an 11-year consecutive Angie’s List Super Service Award winner and twice earned Angie’s List contractor of the year honors.

Keeping with the times, The Hook Up is now offering Wi-Fi networking setup and troubleshooting along with their core home audio and video services. We work on small basic systems, large complex systems, distributed audio systems, and we can install systems depending on customer’s budgets. The Phoenix location, now operated by Jordan Spear with real-time tech support provided by Alan Brown, Phoenix customers will continue to receive the same high quality service they have grown accustomed to for nearly two decades.

About Jordan

Jordan Spear moved to the valley of the sun in the fall of 2015. After settling into his new home, he started working for an audio/video company based out of Scottsdale Arizona. During this time, Jordan honed his skills and developed into a formidable audio/video professional. In 2016, Jordan met Alan Brown, who was looking for a skilled audio/video specialist to take over operations of The Hook Up Phoenix. Jordan spent 4 months training with Alan in operating the Phoenix Hook Up location. In early summer 2016, Alan left Phoenix to grow the Hook Up into the northern New Mexico market. Jordan has always had an interest in technology and audio/video automation. Jordan is a natural problem solver and really enjoys helping customers have a simpler entertainment experience. In early 2018, Jordan became the head of Phoenix Hook Up operations. The Phoenix customers have responded well to Jordan, giving him much praise. Jordan continues to provide the quality service that the Hook Up has become known for, for nearly two decades in the Phoenix market.
